Membership Categories
IPAC offers three categories of membership. Membership dues are run on a calendar year basis (January 1 through December 31). To apply for membership or to renew your dues, please complete the attached form and submit it with payment to the IPAC Vice President. Checks should be made payable to: Idaho Professional Archaeological Council.
Professional Members
Professional members are professional archaeologists who are or have been engaged in preserving, recovering, or intepreting archaeological resources in Idaho. Professional members must hold a B.A. or B.S. degree in anthropology, history, or a related discipline, and have a minimum of 12 months documented professional archaeological experience.
Membership dues for Professional Members are $30.00.

Associate Members
Associate members consists of archaeological technicians, students, and avocational archaeologists with an interest in preserving, recovering, or interpreting archaeological resources in Idaho, and who have an interest in Idaho archaeology.
Membership dues for Professional Members are $20.00.
IPAC Fellows
IPAC fellows are individuals who meet the qualifications for either Professional or Associate membership and who are acknowledged by IPAC members as deserving special recognition for their cotnributions as influential scholars or managers in Idaho in archaeology or a related discipline, and who have made a substantial contribution fo Idaho archaeology through research, service, or both.
